It was confirmed today that Performant will be following CMS’s guidance during the Covid-19 emergency and will not be sending out any new Additional Documentation Request (ADR) letters for 30 days beginning March 18, 2020.  Performant will also be working with providers and suppliers with previous requests.  Extensions will be granted if a supplier is having difficulties gathering/submitting documentation.  They request customer service be contacted via telephone at 866-201-0580 or through email address at: [email protected].

UPDATE [March 24, 2020] Performant has indicated that automated reviews are not impacted. Suppliers can also request a discussion period during this time.
