On Thursday, October 5, 2023, CMS announced that the last day the National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC) will accept provider enrollment appeals and rebuttals is Friday, October 6, 2023.
Beginning Monday, October 9, 2023, all provider enrollment appeals and rebuttals should be submitted to Chags Health Information Technology LLC.
Any appeals submitted to the NSC on or before Friday, October 6, 2023 will be reviewed and completed by the NSC. All future appeals and rebuttals should be sent to the Provider Enrollment Appeals and Rebuttals Contractor (PEARC), Chags Health Information Technology LLC.
In the event you recieve a denial or revocation related to your Medicare provider enrollment, the notification letter will include the new PEARC’s contact information for appeals or rebuttals. This information is also provided below:
